    Aims & Scope


    Advances in Historical Studies (AHS) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancement in the study of history. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of historical studies.

    All manuscripts must be prepared in English and are subject to a rigorous and fair peer-review process. Generally, accepted papers will appear online within 3 weeks followed by printed hard copy. The journal publishes original papers covering a wide range of fields but not limited to the following:

    Historical
    History of science, Historical epistemology of science, History and epistemology of science, History and philosophy of science, Historiography, History of scientific ideas/thought, General history of science, Logic and foundations of science, Comparative history, Logics (classical/non-classical)

    Correlated
    Anthropology, Archaeology/Art, Architecture, Archives, Computer science/Robotic, Drawing, Economy, Education/Pedagogy, Engineering, Epistemology teaching, Human rights, Humanism, Institutions, Instruments, Law, Literature, Mathematical logics, Maths games/Combinatory theory, Museum, Politics, Religions, Sciences & Religions, Semiotics, Society, Technique/Technology,Materialism/Mechanical materialism, Nature of science, Scientism, Weapons/Military
    Sciences Involved in Historical Discourses 
    Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Cosmology, Foundations, Mathematics, Medicine, Physics


    We are also interested in:

    1) Short reports — 2-5 page papers in which an author can present either preliminary data or an idea with a theoretical background, but has not yet completed the research needed for a complete paper;

    2) Reviews — Comments and critiques;

    3) Proceedings/Special Issues/Monographs — Special peer-reviewed issues for colloquia, symposia, workshops in agreement with policy of AHS.
